Coming off a wicked crash a week ago, Otto Sitterly takes a convincing win at Oswego Sat. night. Becoming the only 3 time feature winner this year, the Nicotra team seems to have recovered and look strong going into the end of the season. Dave Danzer started on the pole and ran a great race, leading the first 30 laps. An unfortunate spin in turn 4 spoiled his chances at a win.
Dave McKnight and the Syrell team took a hit in points again this week, with an ailing motor all night. This, for sure, takes him out of contention for the Track Championship this season. Motor issues were also a problem for Dave Gruel in the #50, coming away with a 19th place finish.
Joe Gosek, Ray Graham Jr., Joey Payne and Randy Ritskes all had solid top 10 finishes, making the points race an even tighter battle. This season may comedown to a shootout for the Championship, in the final race of the season.
